The United Nations can be an organization created at the conclusion of World War 2 as a location to discuss international issues in peace also to resolve problems diplomatically. During its years of presence the US has dealt mostly with things concerning peace keeping; but lately it has spread its affect over many different problems including the protection of Human Privileges. This document signed December 10th, 1948 was a guideline for all long term cases on the issue.
